Melody Kozlowski is the business manager for Positive Response Training & Consultancy and has a background in training, marketing and management.
Melody deals with new customers and enquiries about training, in particular our train-the-trainer courses. Melody also manages the website to provide information and training resources for trainers. Existing users of the training are welcome to get in touch for on-going advice and support.

Jackie Pellow is our training administrator and has a background in education and children’s services.
Jackie deals with enquiries about training, mainly care staff training and trainer refresher courses.
Jackie also produces all the course paperwork, certificates, invoices etc.
